We have never stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, so when they invited us out we did not hesitate to say yes! This resort is just incredible and you could literally just never leave during your stay here.
We were given our tour “through the lens of this livestreamer” by Marketing Director Gino who was a wealth of knowledge and fun facts as we discovered the dining options, from Shula’s Steakhouse to Character Breakfasts. This may be a deluxe resort but families are still a priority at this resort. They have an amazing pool with a waterfall in the Grotto pool so the kids can have fun in the sun as well as the Mandarin Spa which is for that quiet getaway.
But, Swan and Dolphin does not leave out the kids, for sure. They can have all the fun at Camp Dolphin, open every night, it is a great place for you kids to meet other children on property, play games, create crafts and even play a round of mini golf. They have a great basketball court too, where we even tried a few jump shots ourselves.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Swan and Dolphin Resort and because it is really two resorts in one, there is enough to do and see to keep any busy family’s schedule full for days even outside of the parks. But speaking of the parks, it is just a hop, skip and jump from Epcot entrance and the view of Illuminations is spectacular. Complimentary transportation by boat or shuttle or provided as well as Disney perks such as FastPass reservations up to 60 days in advance of your stay and Extra Magic Hours.
