As someone that lives right next to the major theme parks in Orlando, Florida, I am a bit spoiled. We can go when we like for the most part and even go in the morning, come home and go back that evening.
But when you are on vacation, you do not have the luxury sometimes, trying to get everything in that you want to see and do within a certain amount of days and times. However, if you can and your budget and time allows, I strongly recommend taking at least one day that you enjoy the hotel or resorts. There is so much that they offer at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland resort hotels that you will be utilizing that pool lounger for a little siesta.
There are special things about the hotel as well as it has Anaheim’s largest hotel rooms (almost 500 square feet), an outdoor swimming pool, bar, restaurants, and 13 acres of tranquil gardens—all ideal for unwinding after a day of Disneyland® Park fun.
One of the great things about the Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel, where we were hosted during our Disneyland visit, is that there is a lot of things to do if you choose to take a day to relax and rejuvenate.
First, there is the beautiful landscaping that really makes you feel like you are at a resort and the castle vibe have you dreaming that you are in a fantasy land. The pool area is beautiful and it was very large and a lot quieter than we thought it would be.
There is a wonderful buffet breakfast in the morning which we enjoyed and the variety was very good. They have a great bar area and the bartender was awesome, super funny and very welcoming. They also have two other restaurants in the hotel.
The California Deli at Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel offers fresh salads, sandwiches, fruits, snacks, breakfast pastries, ice cream and your favorite beverages including take out beer and wine. Take your food to go or stay and dine at our outdoor café-style tables. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.
Garden Court Bistro
Garden Court Bistro at Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel is perfect for an energizing breakfast, relaxing lunch break, or healthy and plentiful family dinner before the fireworks! For breakfast, enjoy our spectacular breakfast buffet or find something delicious on our regular menu. Our lunch entrees include hearty salads, a variety of tasty sandwiches, and pastas. Choose something light or a nourishing meal to last you straight through until dinner. At dinnertime, you’ll have a hard time choosing from a full menu of fresh seafood, poultry and beef. The Garden Court Bistro has fast, friendly service, a full bar, and gives your the chance to sit outside in the gorgeous Anaheim weather and enjoy our hotel’s majestic gardens. It is currently open for breakfast only.
There is a lot for the kids here as well and one of the biggest highlights is Princess Corinne. There are different ways to meet her, talk to her and engage with here so here are some things that your kids may enjoy when you come and stay.
Princess Wake-Up or Tuck-In Service – Start or end the day with even more magic by reserving a personal in-room visit from our beautiful Princess Corinne! Fan letters – Princess Corinne loves to read letters from our hotel guests. Drop a letter in her Royal Mailbox located in the lobby just to the right of the California Deli hallway next to the armoires. Be sure to include your return address so she can respond!

They also offer a game room as well as seasonal activities throughout the year.
I have stayed at Anaheim Majestic Garden hotel many times and it was always one of my favorite parts of coming to California. There is certainly nothing better when you are relaxing in your room or sitting by the pool to see the fireworks display from the park.
