I Was Invited to Game at HyperX Esports Arena in Las Vegas……Yes, I Was A Champion

Ask anyone, I am a Walt Disney World fanatic. Standing in the middle of Main Street U.S.A. and looking ahead to that beautiful Cinderella Castle gives me goosebumps still. But, as a guy who loves the world of gaming, I just entered an alternative Disney World. Today, I walked into the HyperX Esports Arena located at the Luxor Resort and Casino.

This place is incredible. I walked into the arena, or so I thought, with my tour guide and was mezmorized from the start. Gaming chairs that lit up with a kaleidoscope of color and strobes, gaming systems and tech marvels. Then, as I thought I could not take in any more, I look up and see this unbelievable chandelier, made of monitors, controllers and everything gaming. It was like nothing I had ever seen before…..and, how do I get one for the Mayne Mansion??

I was then informed that we had not even stepped into the arena yet but once we did, holy mother of monitors, this was mind blowing. Everywhere you looked were game set ups, with every type of gaming system you could want. It was like being in a dream. The layout and colors were beautiful and there was also a stage, from where tournaments are played and the serious gamer takes his stand. At over 30,000 square feet of space and multi-level, as well as having a network quality TV production studio, this place was beyond my imagination.

He then took me over to my gaming station, one that they had set up for me in advance from conversations we had prior to my arrival. As I was able to show you guys on the live stream, it was something that is over the top, especially being able to go on vacation and have a gaming setup possibly better than what you would have at home, available to you throughout your stay. I so wanted to be able to stream and game with you guys, and thanks to the team at HyperX Esports Arena who tried so hard to make it work but we just could not get it to cooperate. It was all about bringing you guys on that journey, so I can assure you that we will return to Las Vegas and the HyperX Esports Arena and next time, we will be gaming on stream from here!!

I was able to try the set up myself for a short time and I have to say, gaming from there and being immersed in that environment is like nothing that you would experience anywhere else. Plus, having other people there that are like minded and have a love for gaming as well, just lends to being able to have a great time in the most fun city in America. What more could you ask for?

There is also a vintage video game cocktail bar right inside HyperX Esports arena as well, so you can grab your favorite beer or libation or a water if you are playing hard and have a hydration situation. Again, right outside of the arena is Public House, where you can grab some awesome food as well and bring it into the arena with you. Let’s just say, you could spend hours here.

You do need to by passes for entrance to play in the arena. Time slots are available from one hour to the entire day. If you are interested in stopping in and getting some Call of Duty or Among Us play while you are here, you can buy tickets at the HyperX Esports Arena box office at the Luxor.
