Characters May Be Making A Comeback to Walt Disney World Resort Parks

It has been a long and tough time during the pandemic and one of the most missed experiences at Walt Disney World Resort is the character meet and greets. However, there is news that we may soon be seeing the Mouse and his Minnie as well as our favorite Princesses and character in meet and greets, albeit in a modified way. There will still be no hugging, touching or autographs, however, I am just very happy that things are moving in a forward motion and hopefully getting back to normal very soon.

Disney recently released some of the meet and greet opportunities in the Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. None were posted as of this writing for Animal Kingdom or Epcot. They are:

Disney Princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall in the Magic Kingdom
Mickey Mouse in his 50th Anniversary EARidescent outfit at Town Square Theater in the Magic Kingdom
Minnie Mouse at Red Carpet Dreams in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Disney Junior Stars in the Animation Courtyard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

The above meet and greets will return in November, though an exact date was not given. Guests will be able to enjoy one-on-one time with the characters and take photos.

The various cavalcades, motorcades, and flotillas around the parks will still perform at the parks.
